Project Feature
Homeowners Melissa & Neal — both architects — wanted to be involved right from the start.
After discussing the project with our team, they elected to go with the "DIYer" level of service.

The homeowners took on the demo and removal of the old wooden decking and got the space ready for our team and equipment to come in. Meanwhile, we ordered materials and scheduled deliveries.

We worked with the homeowner to come up with a design that was going to suit the space and their needs. They wanted three unique spaces, all rolled into one patio; a dining area, a fire pit and a pair of rocking chairs.

Once the old patio was removed, our team headed in to prepare the area for patio stone. This includes digging out the area, re-grading, installing drainage, laying fabric and finally installing the base.

The homeowners now were set up to install their own patio stone. They called a few friends and got to work. A Patio Guys consultant was there, on-site, to guide them every step of the way.

Once all the stone was laid, our team cut out the final shape of the patio.
